Brooke Lia Fleischauer knows what it means to be head-to-toe healthy—and it’s not a number on the scale or the size of your jeans.

“I believe true wellness goes beyond physical fitness,” says the Texan. “It’s about building resilience, confidence, and healthy habits that positively impact every area of life.”

And she takes her responsibility as a healthcare leader and wellness educator seriously. In fact, it’s baked into every aspect of her life. “I’m passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves through education, consistency, and intentional living,” Brooke shares. “Whether I’m leading teams, creating content, or encouraging others online, my goal is always the same: to inspire lasting change and remind people that investing in their health is one of the most valuable investments they can make.”

One of the ways in which she’s inspiring this change is through her brand, Elevate with Brooke, where she shares educational content created to help people of all ages shape up their mind as well as their bodies. “My mission is to inspire others to build healthy habits that create lasting change in every area of their lives,” she explains. “I’ve seen firsthand how improving your health can transform every area of your life, from your confidence and relationships to your career and overall well-being. Knowing that something I share can encourage someone to make one healthier choice or see themselves differently is what keeps me creating. My goal is not just to inspire people to work out but to help them build a life they are proud of.”

“I’ve seen firsthand how improving your health can transform every area of your life.”

That goal extends to people’s attitudes and beliefs surrounding their bodies, too. Above all, Brooke aims to teach people how to shift from an “I need to be perfect” mindset to acceptance and sustainable changes that they can carry through the rest of their lives. As she notes, “When we elevate our health, we elevate our relationships, our leadership, and the impact we have on others.”

STRONG readers will recognize Brooke’s go-to health advice as staples of many cover and featured athletes’ plans, placing an emphasis on heavy lifting with the appropriate nutrition to support it. “My approach focuses on strength training to build muscle and support long-term health, regular cardiovascular exercise for heart health and endurance, and daily movement to stay active,” she explains. “Nutrition centers on whole, nutrient-dense foods with an emphasis on lean protein, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and hydration.” But her whole-body program doesn’t end after dinner: recovery and proper sleep habits also rank high on the importance hierarchy.

“I believe recovery is just as important as training, so I prioritize quality sleep, stress management, and creating sustainable habits that support both physical and mental well-being,” she notes. “My goal is to help people build a lifestyle they can maintain for years, not just a quick fix.”
